Sometimes it's the simplest things that really excite Christine and I. Saturday we decided that we wanted to have a Nacho Night and watch a movie. This means that we were going to splurge on real American salsa and a very small container of sour cream.
I called home to what out what would be a good replacement cheese instead of our beloved sharp cheddar and decided on Gouda. Off to the grocery store we went! Chips? Check. Salsa and sour cream? Check, check. Now the search for cheese began and we found....Sharp Cheddar Cheese directly imported from Austrailia! It was a little expensive, but worth every penny that we spent!
We had a great Saturday night with REAL nachos and the Sound of Music!
